Integrations Documentation
Learn how to connect your apps and get the most out of Traack.
Overview
Traack integrates with the tools you already use — email clients, calendars, video meeting platforms, and productivity apps. Once connected, Traack can read and manage data from these apps on your behalf, keeping everything in one place.
All integrations use OAuth 2.0, meaning Traack never sees or stores your passwords. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Apps Integrations page.
How to Connect

Go to Apps Integrations in your Traack dashboard.

Find the Gmail card under the "Email" section and click Connect.

You will be redirected to Google. Sign in and click Allow.

You will be redirected back to Traack. Gmail will show as Connected.
Permissions Requested

| Read emails | Access and display your emails in Traack |
| Send emails | Send emails on your behalf from Traack |
| Manage labels | Organise your inbox using Traack's smart filters |
| Read user profile | Verify your Google identity during connection |
Disconnecting
To disconnect, go to Apps Integrations, find the Gmail card, and click Disconnect. This will revoke Traack's access immediately.
Traack only accesses the permissions required to manage your emails and never shares your data with third parties.

Troubleshooting
I clicked Connect but nothing happened.
Make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups from traack.ai. Try again in an incognito window.
I get an error after authorizing.
This can happen if the authorization took too long. Go back to Apps Integrations and try connecting again.
My account shows Connected but it is not working.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account. If the issue persists, contact support.
Can I connect multiple accounts?
Currently, each integration supports one connected account at a time. Disconnect the existing account before connecting a new one.
